Cinnamon Apple Detox Water

Serves: 3-4 pitchers
- 2 apples (whichever your favorite is, but I don't recommend granny smith as they are not as sweet)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Ice
- Slice your apples. You can either slice them long ways or cube them. Any way should work.
- Place apples and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher. Add ice to about ¾ of the way full in the pitcher.
- Add water to the top.
- Place pitcher in fridge for at least an hour.
- Refill pitcher with water 3-4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon.
