Cinnamon Apple Detox Water

Ingredients
  • 2 apples (whichever your favorite is, but I don't recommend granny smith as they are not as sweet)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. Slice your apples. You can either slice them long ways or cube them. Any way should work.
  2. Place apples and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher. Add ice to about ¾ of the way full in the pitcher.
  3. Add water to the top.
  4. Place pitcher in fridge for at least an hour.
  5. Refill pitcher with water 3-4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon.
