Ingredients
  • 1¾ cup brown rice
  • 3 cups vegetable broth (or water with vegetable bouillon cubes)
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 heaping tbs nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbs soy milk
Instructions
  1. In a rice cooker, add vegetable broth, rice, and diced onion. Cook according to your rice cooker directions.
  2. Once rice is cooked, add nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and soy milk. Stir well.
  3. Serve immediately.
