Combine olives, onions, capers, and garlic in a small mixing bowl, Stir until combined.
Slice cucumbers about ¼-1/2 inch thick, depending on personal preference. At this point you can chill all ingredients until cold or continue on at room temperature.
Top each cucumber slice with a healthy spoonful of tapenade. Eat immediately.
