Ingredients
  • ½ C soaked cashews
  • ½ C olive oil
  • 2 C packed fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Soak cashews overnight or at least 8 hours. Or boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Add cashews and all other ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Chill. Or not….good all ways.
