A Little About Me:
I am a coffee loving, food eating, wine drinking mom on the run. I live in Chapin, SC with my handsome husband and adorable baby boy. I have always had a zest for cooking, the environment, and a deep passion for animals. I originally created this blog as a way to provide healthy, plant based recipes to you all. While I will continue to do that, I will also be turning my focus to family and kid friendly vegan meals. As a first time mother, I am aware that every minute saved is appreciated, so I hope the recipes I supply can give you more time back in your day to spend with your littles! Here’s to the recipes and adventures that I share! Cheers!

Hi Jenn – Very nice to meet you in this 21st Century type way…One of your recipes ended up on my news feed…and I loved it…So now I think I am a full blown follower…I really enjoy your philosophy about life, food, and the planet…Sorry, I’m not a real cat lover, even though once, a solid black stray cat shows up at my door on a Blue Moon…I feed him…called him Blue…& we tolerated each other for several years … Now Zeus…different story…I look forward to your blog & recipes…Thanks from Texas…

Hi Beverly! I am so glad you found my site and even more glad that you enjoy my recipes! It is always rewarding when I connect with someone who holds the same values as me as well 🙂 It seems to me after reading your comment on cats and dogs that you are a softie at heart, even if cats may not be your favorite LOL. I hope you continue to follow and keep in touch!
