Smoky Chipotle Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (more if you want really spicy)
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • ½ cup oil (I usually use olive oil, this time I used sunflower)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. I left mine pretty chunky this time as I wanted it to have more texture. if you want to smooth it out more, add water 1 tbs at a time until desired consistency is reached.
