2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (more if you want really spicy)
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbs tahini
½ cup oil (I usually use olive oil, this time I used sunflower)
½ tsp salt
1 clove garlic
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. I left mine pretty chunky this time as I wanted it to have more texture. if you want to smooth it out more, add water 1 tbs at a time until desired consistency is reached.
